We are proud to offer luxury, unique stays at our suite of Short-Term Rentals, are the founders of the micro resort The Oasis Hocking Hills, and are proud to be a partner of the reimagined Hocking Hills Family Fun Center. We reinvest in our community through partnering with the Make-a-Day foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that provides outreach to Columbus’ homeless population. Meet Our Team
Kyle Barger
It all begins with an idea. Kyle is the creator and owner of Barger Property Ventures.
You can find Kyle developing our next project, finding creative solutions to our work, and taking care of our team.
When Kyle is not working, he leads the Make-A-Day Foundation, is co-founder of Vohnt, co-hosts Lucrative Lessons Podcast, and loves on his partner Lisa, and four children, Charlie, Cleo, Apollo and Athena.

David Donofrio
David is Kyle’s Personal Assistant, and right hand man. You can find David involved in nearly every aspect of our projects, including supporting Kyle’s other positions at Make-A-Day and Vohnt.
Outside of BPV, David is a singer-songwriter, avid education policy advocate, and Buckeye fan. He’s involved in a variety of community organizations, including the Columbus Gay Men’s Chorus, and is the founder of Pride in GC. He lives with his husband, Ryan, and fur baby, Bella.

Jenni Wiseman
Jenni is our Luxury Concierge for our Short Term Rentals and Oasis Hocking Hills properties! She is dedicated to ensuring that our guests have a 5 star experience every time they stay with us. She truly enjoys connecting with people to ensure they feel like a part of our family.
Outside of BPV, Jenni is a mother to her 2 beautiful boys, and is very active in their schools. She enjoys traveling with her family and soaking up her boys before they grow up! She loves supporting the Make a Day Foundation and being able to give back to the community.
