Wittenberg University Greek House

(in progress)

For this giant work in progress we are partnering with Wittenberg University to create a new Fraternity House for students near campus. First we pulled out all the carpet and painted all the rooms to freshen up this historic property. It was tough work finishing the original hardwood floors and there were some surprises along the way, including finding an emblem that was long ago painted by another Fraternity, painted on the wood floors.

After the interior was buttoned up, we moved to a complete exterior paint job. The old wood architecture was scraped and painted two different tones of gray to coordinate with the red brick exterior.

Once the first two levels and exterior paint job are finished, the attic will get a complete renovation with a few additional rooms including, a bathroom, two bedrooms, and a new common space to hangout in.
