Condo Renovation

This downtown one bedroom condo only need a few updated materials. The kitchen and bathroom backsplashes were replaced with sleek white textured subway tile.

The existing green bathroom was updated with matte black hex tiles and white subway tile for a refreshing clean rejuvenated look.

The existing floors were cleaned and polished and the cork floors in the bedroom were replaced with LVT. With a fresh coat of white paint and white trim, this condo had a modern facelift that will keep it updated for years to come.
