In this whole house remodel, we added a new façade to create a contemporary exterior. On the interior, the idea was to keep as many existing architectural features as possible. The floors and windows were refinished, but the outdated kitchen was upgraded with new appliances, tile floor, lighting, and cabinets. We also extended the usable square footage in the house by finishing a large part of the basement and overhauling the second floor.
