Springfield House

For this home, we sought to modernize and brighten the entire first floor. We also established the back room as the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, thus adding a fourth bedroom to the space. We took the space for the bathroom from an oversized laundry room. We enhanced the kitchen by adding new appliances, refinishing the cabinets, and laying all new flooring. New carpet and refinished floors throughout make this space clean, bright and inviting. On the exterior, the front porch was rehabbed for a clean contemporary look.
